Haynes or Clymer for late 70s Honda Four?

If you have experienced both Haynes and Clymer manuals, which would you recommend for a 1978/9 550 Four K3?

Probably need a top-end / cam chain and tensioner re-build, as well as general chassis overhaul.

It`s not quite the answer you`re looking for but I did exactly the same work on my 1975 CB400F1 using a Haynes and had no problems. :thumb2
 
Thanks Tarka - that is in fact useful, as far as I know the 400 / 500 / 550 engines had very few differences other than the displacement. Possibly the 350 too....
