Put me down for a set in the next batch....my H&B engine bars fractured at one of the mountings.

Bakerman ( and colt) also had a fitting problem . I fitted bakermans in front of him at the EM event in 5 mins without any decent tools.

Fit the underneth/bottom bolts first ( don't tighten them), then the bolts at the rear ( again don't fully tighten them), then push up the whole headguard so the front hole aligns, then tighten everything up.

You can bend the bottom arms ( do it gently) , but every single guard has been fitted to my bike before sending them out to make sure they fit.

Even easier in the long term - put a bolt (make sure it's SS though ...) into the bottom mounting hole from the back so that you have about a 15mm stud showing out the front. Then you can just whack a nylock or aerolock nut onto that.

- makes it much easier to get 'em off and on for servicing, or like when you're squatting by the side of a wet track after you just dumped it in the river and had to take the plugs out to drain it, or summat.

Foundry has been too busy for my headguards - They make all the award trophies , Baftas etc. But should start the next batch soon.

I don't post to the USA or overseas. I still live in the stone age.

I may go "International" one day.
