Head lamp cover... advice sort

I got one off eblag for £8 plus £3 postage. Look up 'GS'. It was an ebay shop with a 'buy it now' tag. It appears to be fine so far.

Loads of bit's, some good value others aren't. Watch out if your buying something from the continent that you know exactly what your buying, or ask, ask and ask again. Search for "Italian Tank" to find one persons tale of woe.

There again, you could look on here for all the tat that we buy on fleabay, and then decide it doesn't match, increase speed / lean angle / desireability of bike etc etc and then sell on at a loss :(
 
Can't open the link, butr I'm using the Touratech perspex h'light guard .. it relects light up the screen.. very odd and not and not likely to last on my bike - wouldn't recommend
 
E-bay

I have looked at several things on e-bay in the past (not bike related) and always decided against it. I probably too cautious where money is conserned as I have been stung in the past. A lot of people use it and seem to do OK but there are the ocasional horror story. But like most things I will probably try it in the end and find there is nothing to worry about?
 
Hi, just recieved mine from nippy normans but haven't fitted it yet. Its made by skidmarx, I had one on my previous triumph and it worked well. If I have any problems with it I'll add it to the post!

I made one just like TT but with GS logo and I have no problems with reflections. Regular cleaning prevents reflection problems. Also depends on seat height and rider length. TT has a sort of eyebrow for the head lamp to prevent reflections.
