Headers and Can on 2010 twin cam model

Has anyone changed the originals for a full aftermarket system? Does it make a difference?

The reason i ask, is i am changing from my 1200GS SE for a Twin Cam, and i have a set of Remus Headers. Shall i keep them and get a fruity can, or sell them and make do with the OEM stuff?

Fitted full akro headers/can + power commander pcv + 2 x autotunes + k&n and it rocks, albeit a little loud on full chat

I'd like a software control for the noise. At 0600 and middle of the night starts/returns, super sleathly quiet mode. Then normal mode for general shifting around and then harley mode for, well... anything else.
