Q: If I put a set of Remus or Akro headers on that looses the CAT will it still pass an MOT?

Yes - exhaust emmissions not part of the bike MOT AFAIK. Mine has passed two with Remus headers and an end can with the baffle out.

what He ^^^ said....no requirement for emmisions tests on bikes.......yet..
