Headlamp bulbs

Looking to improve on the anaemic headlights on my 2004 Rockster ( same as GS) bulbs are probably as old as the bike.
Fairly cheap no name 100w bulbs from Motorworks or a set of osram nightbreakers for a bit more.
Any advice anyone? Lots of very cheap no name LEDs around but don’t fancy them
