Headlamp unit

Hi Guys,

Fitted a new bulb last week and guess what the clip jumped out at some time (obviously my error), but the bulb has of course melted the reflector which in turn discoloured the headlamp lens.

My nearest dealer - Southport Superbikes is closed on Mondays, but I'm almost too scared to ring up and ask what the cost of a new headlamp unit will be.

Has anyone any experience of this sort of mishap or similar needing a replacement headlamp unit....is there an alternative to buying a whole new unit, if so what! Any help / suggestions welcomed.

Just bought a headlight on Ebay as I imported my bike, a new headlight is v v expensive from a dealer, best bet is look on Ebay, theres always some numpty selling a headlight unit because they've dislodged the ball and socket inside, I got a unit really cheap and it took about 5 minutes to sort.
