Headlight and tank crashbars

Anyone know if the front headlight/ tank crashbars bolt physically to the panel carrier / headlight... i finally got around to plastic welding my heavily mashed up one, and constructing parts from scratch but it still seems to wobble a little. Im hoping that the crashbars will offer some proper support to it.

Do you mean the Hepco and Becker bars? If so I dont think the do. I think they just fasten to the lower crash bars. However I could be wrong, I've never had any.

cheers carl, glad you got it... sorry i had to cut cut the lead off! haha Hope you manage to get it working and everything.

I think i might make some sort of reinforcement plates for it out of ali or something then... i refuse to buy a new one! But the plastic welding skills are coming along
