This may sound daft, but I can't replace the rhs headlight bulb on my 1150. The reason - my hand is too big to fit in the access to it and then move! Seems like a design floor to me, but there must be a way of doing it (without dismantling the front end).

Any bright ideas (I could ask my wife to help, but based om past experience, the bike will fall into several hundred bits if she tries anything of an even vaguely technical nature).

cheers

Carl

You must be doing something wrong - I can change the bulb and I've got hands like shovels...

Must try harder.

Mike:)

Carl you must be a big lad. My hands arent small and I am not especially dextrous but Ive had to change bulds three times in the last few months with out any major problems.

Apart from the major problem that you keep blowing bulbs that is...:D

My hands are bigish (size 10/11 gloves). I can get my fingers onto the black plastic bit but I can't then turn anything. Left one was a very tight squeeze, but managed it, but right hand one is beyond me.

hmmm...

I have small hands.

But a large dick.

No problems there.

lets get this right, small hands give the impressionof a big dick, ask any porn star.

Have you tried a suction cup like window replacers use to lift glass panes into window frames?
