Got mine.:thumb I've not fitted it yet, as although the headlight guard is fantastic, I'd prefer some more heavy duty fixings (such as metal tubes the bolts go through), like on the old fashioned :D twin cam headlight protectors.

Get some 6mm alloy tubing or smaller from an engineering shop & some longer bolts

That's what I'm thinking:thumb

forget about bolts, the guard is fastened with screws which follow a delicate thread and I recommend not using any rigid tube as it tends to mark the plastic on the light. The screws and spacers provided in the kit are just the job.
 
Headlight guard for R1200 GS LC

Just fitted my light guard: I like it a lot and got a yellow one for winter riding into London. Easy to fit and seriously cool! I'm really pleased with the quality and the looks. Thanks!
