I too have a Rugged Roads Polycarbonate one, fits nice, looks good and is great value for money IMHO

Fwiw I didnt want a metal one, ok for off road but i couldn't see how they'd stop stone chips but then a rugged roads metal one came on here at the right price and I made a template with it and fitted a piece of clear perspex on the inside. AL

Hopefully I can get it fitted before one of my associates manages to ping a stone that hits the light lens. One hit the visor last night.

No, only a warehouse. But if you want to come over / look at stuff, give me a ring or drop us an email and you can come to the house (which is only a few minutes away) where the coffee is better

The Touratech one has a flexible clear rubber type of protector on an aluminium frame. Stock windscreens will limit the amount of adjustment movement up and down as the bottom of the windscreen will contact the frame of the guard.

mine arrived from rugged roads today fitted to the bike from the hands of the postie to the bike in 10 minutes

Here in SA, a lot of us make use of an orange/amber lens cover attached to our headlight cover.....in order to make us more visible as most of the cars also drive during the day with their lights on as well.

I've been looking at these (from various companies) for a while. I'm sure that everything I've looked at says that they're not legal for the road? Trying not to give the French Police any leverage for fines . . .

Over here in SA....theoretically....it is not really legal either....but be that as it may...the Traffic Officers here generally turn a "Blind Eye", as it has been proven many many times to make the bikes a hell of a lot more visible that have an Orange/Amber headlight cover.
BTW....can someone please tell/assist me on how do I post a photo here on this thread?? I just can't seem to see how to do it.
