As above, looking for a headlight protector for my new to me 1250 GSA.

Are the cheapo ones from ebay ok? The touratech one looks a bit overkill for my needs to

Wunderlich. I have The perspex one

I recently bought the cheapo eBay one, came fast, screws went in securely and the perspex itself seems sturdy so for now I have no issues using it. I will check the screws periodically and make sure they don't rust.

I had one of these off Kevin about 2 years ago. I got rid of the bike a year later but it was still good as new.
Great value and he's a nice bloke to deal with. Any issues he's been told about he's sorted for people.

You can buy them off a Ukgser I have one and they are excellent and engraved too!

I did a lot of research on this subject and the biggest surprise for me was that how many are not actually 'road legal'. To cut a long story short I went for the Cymarc version.... Easy to fit, good price, easy to clean the protector/headlight and most importantly it didn't affect the beam and is legal at all times :)
Good luck!!
