Heated gloves, powered by a battery internal to the gloves - RiDE magazine review of six gloves

It is possible, they charge from a UBS type-C so providing the powerbank is powerful enough it should be ok.
Could also charge them from the bike, although your hand would be cold for a while 😁

I own the same powerbank you just sold Wapping, the big 737 Anker one, that charges my laptop so glove batteries would be easy.

Splendid.

Thank you.

Amazing. One of a Kind. Stunning. Awesome. Beautiful. A real looker.

None of those words apply to that Chinese designed by the blind turd. Jesus, my eyes!

Do I read this correctly?

You want to use the gloves’ battery, to power the gloves on the move. Then, when stoped, you want to recharge the glove’s battery, using the power block? Is that right?

Doc wants to know about the possibility of recharging the glove’s own batteries, from a battery brick thing, whilst he sits sipping rosé. If it is possible, it’ll all hinge the power demands made by the battery when recharging versus the output of brick thing. Quite how he plans on connecting them together, is not revealed.

Have the right power bank and if your day is cold by sunny you can even charge your power bank whilst it charges your gloves if you do it in the great outdoors 😜

And before you ask , it’s one of these

And fits easily in tank bag etc

There’s an even more powerful one now which I’ve just ordered to leave at place in Brittany

…..And not everyone wants to be tethered to their bike with cables etc. I for one would not want that… So to answer Docs question I too have an Anker slimline 20k 25W unit which actually charges the gloves batteries in the ones I bought fine but it takes some time. Can’t tell you exactly how long as I left them overnight. Same thing. I wanted to see if a phone charging brick would charge the gloves batteries. I bought the Merlin ones

Nice piece of kit….

Next to his famous black note book🤣🤣🤣🤣

I have seen these over here in Japan for around €35 equivalent. Same colour scheme and all but that seems a bit cheap so I’m a bit worried that they might be cheap Chinese copies
Having said that I did buy a 20k 25W brick for €13 equivalent when I arrived. Have tried it out for the last 2 weeks as my iPhone battery is dead lasting 5 hours, and it works a treat charging my phone at least 4 times completely before requiring an full overnight charge itself

Maybe after 6 months it craps out on me. Down side it is quite heavy….
