heated grip replacement
Mine (2004 1200 @ 48k) went recently and couldn't find one second hand, so bought new at £70. Fitting reasonably straightforward, but you need a set of torx bits (going down to very small sizes). The whole of the switchgear has to come off and it's a bit fiddly. I did it without consulting a manual, and I'm pretty sure there wouldn't have been a lot of any use about it in there anyway.
Follow your nose and you'll manage (I did). If I was as helpful as a lot of the nice people on this site I'd have taken a series of photographs and put a step by step guide up, but I'm a bit rubbish like that and I was in a rush.
I'm hoping the left one doesn't go as well, as the £70 is a bit painful!
