Does either the 2018 GSA or any of the new 1250 bikes come with more than two settings on the heated grips yet?

Someone I know with an RT has seven options but my 66 plate GSA which I just traded yesterday for a 68 plate with TFT only had two

I forgot to ask if the new one has the two settings and can't find the answer online.

From my test ride on a 1250 Exclusive, I had only 2 heat settings like all LC GS bikes since their launch in 2013.

I don’t think standard heated grips on RT have 7 settings. Sounds like oxford jobby to me.

Two heat settings on my 18 GS. Hot and very hot.

Manuals only mention two settings...

GS / GSA’s have always been two stage.

Early LC’s had two settings, “Are they on” and “ I demand a refund”!

2015 RT had 5 settings adjusted via the menu button and wonder wheel.

If the new 850 has 3 settings and the 1200/1250 still only have 2 that's such a piss take.

My 2018 GSA with TFT has two settings. No 1 is good as it keeps my hands in summer gloves quite warm. No 2 setting is too warm to hold with summer gloves but may be ok in thicker winter gloves and I usually use this setting for the first couple of minutes 'to bring to the boil' then No 1 for the 'simmer' function.
I don't have any experience of non TFT but mine remembers the setting the next time the bike is switched on.

Also true for non-TFT bikes.
