Hi Folks,

I’ve a heated Sargent seat for my 2011 R1200GSA, the heating element is open circuit so looking to see if anyone offers a repair service in the uk?

I had a Sargent seat on my K1600 & the heating element went on it. This was back in 2021 & this is the quote I got from Sargent UK that I’ve pasted below. I’m not sure Sargent have a UK place now. It’ll give you an idea of costs.



1. Purchase a replacment seat - the RRP is £475.51, discounted to £427.85.

2. Purchase a replacement foam, which would incorporate the heat; you would need to re-use your existing seat cover - the RRP is £208.95, discounted to £185.00.

If you chose option 2, you would need to have the foam and cover fitting carried out by a professional upholsterer.
