Not sure which section to post this in but just wanted to record my thanks for excellent service from the above.
I called into this dealer yesterday and noticed that the Oxford Products rep was in store restocking dealership with all their products. I politely mentioned that I had an Oxford battery charger that had stopped working which was a shame as it was an excellent bit of kit. He suggested that I bring it back for a possible warranty claim.
Called in this morning and Steve the owner of Hedgehogs confirmed that the model must be 3 years old and therefore long out of warranty. He agreed to sell me a replacement at cost price so telephoned Oxford rep to get best discount. Rep told Steve to give me new charger and he would give him full credit.
