Heed GPS Holder, anyone used one of these?

has anyone used heed gps bracket on their 1190/1290sa?
if so does fitting it involve much dissassemby and more importantly, does it hold gps securely without vibration?

the standard mount seems a bit wobbly so considering alternatives!

Go with the SW Motec one. Relatively cheap, easy to fit and no vibration.

Plus one for the SW Motech - good solid easy fit....

Pretty certain the 1290SA has a different fitting then the 1050/1190/1190R .... best to check.

The standard mount is different so guess sw moto will be too!

I have the KTM mount, it is not awful, but not great either.

Fitting was a doddle - the dealer did it FOC during the PDI.

Yep,
I've got the HEED one fitted, with no problems at all
Fits exactly the same as the Touratwat one behind the clocks, fits in seconds and has been perfectly stable

Yes it is. Its passable on smooth main roads. Get onto bumpy back roads and its totally useless. Go green laning and it just cannot cope.
