returned a pair of £70 gloves today, bought on the 8th October and falling apart. No receipt but no quibble exchange or choose different gloves, they have a 10 year guarantee.they guy said they dont have to many back, so stayed with them for now, new pair to break in !!!

Had the same experiance a couple of years ago with a jacket. The stitching had pulled out and they replaced it with a new one. I didn't have a receipt either but, they changed it anyway.

My £160 jacket sprung a leak and it was changed with no problems, apparently it has atwo year guarantee.
Gloves from the same place although only 8 weeks old, are going back as when wet the lining in the middle finger comes out of the outer every time I remove them. Went back last week, but they din't have any in, but no problems with exchange. Definitely get my vote.

I bought a jacket in the sale (HG Kenton Road - London) and the zip on the arm broke, replaced it with a voyager 3 and a nice discount. Also had a slip on some grease and bust open my 3 month old boot, change without quibble. I don't buy anything elsewhere, they are great.

Had the same great service at brum. Material scuffed up on tuareg jacket . Just changed it no arguments.
