Recently bought the above from Sportbikeshop cause much better belt than most you can buy on High Street. Leather is thicker and 4cm wide. Buckle nice quality too.
However, getting the right size is a total faff if ordering online. Initially I called the shop to query and they said was length of belt excluding buckle (which makes sense) - so I measured one my best fitting dress belts. The length was 125cm, so I ordered the largest 125 size. Was massive when arrived and more like 140cm long. So emailed Held to ask. Germans seldom make numerical errors like this - so wanted to know their sizing method. Someone emailed me back saying the size was actually the distance from the buckle to the middle of the 5 pre drilled holes. Measured dress belt again. The size this time was 105cm - so ordered 105. This was way too short and could barely reach last hole. Finally I ordered 115 which fits perfect, but doesn’t coincide with anything I was told. It’s 125cm long.
Bottom line is it’s actually a great belt better than any Levi or motorcycle webbing type, but sizing remains a mystery

Worth knowing. How much was it? I've bought one or two from TK Max over the past few years.

When you say "Dress" belt.?

Just asking.....

Was £52.95, but quality belt. Know there’s loads bargains at TK Maxx, but hate the place! Lol

I don't tend to go into their stores. I get their e-mails with special offers.

There's a a fair few makers of top notch belts about to choose from. Main thing I've found is to pick a decent full grain Italian leather belt (I have one which has been in regular use for decades) and you can get them cheaper than bike branded ones (although Held do make some top quality stuff) such as from here: Belts Prices seem to be around the £30 mark from most of them for that type of belt, albeit in the standard widths which seem to be up to 38mm wide.

Quite happy with the Held after I got right size.

For anyone that cares, I finally got to the bottom of the German algorithm applying to those belts!
The 5 sizes (85,95,105,115,125) actually equates to your motorcycling clothing size. You need to convert to inches (dividing by 2.5) and that will give you UK/US size. i.e the size I purchased that fits of 115cm equates to 46(56) which is my Motorrad clothing size.
Perfectly logical if you’re German
