Helmet prices in Ireland.

Looking for an Arai Tour X in plain white (as it's cheaper). I have been quoted €490 euro. Anyone in Ireland know a good retailer price wise ? Northern Ireland is normally cheaper but the sterling conversion rate seems to have wiped out that option. Thanks.
 
We've been buying a lot of our kit via the German site, fc-moto.de, recently, as they normally have pretty good discounts, but their price for the the white Arai Tour X4 is €539, which makes yours look like a pretty good bargain.
 
There is an Arai dealer in Dublin, I bought helmets off him [Alan] before, If you don't know him PM me and I will find his number for you, I think he is only suppose to sell to the trade.

I want the helmet for my trip on the 29th :augie in Spain. So I want to have it ready to go in Malaga airport.

What are the guys in Megabike like?
They have plenty of Arai.
We bought our last helmets from the Visor shop.

Andorra was the place for cheap branded gear at one time. Don't know if this still holds true.

I can recommend Auto Moto Racing. We got a great deal on my Schuberth when we visited in 2011, but they also ship ... AND I believe their online prices include the shipping cost. It's worth checking their prices, but in this case it still looks like you're getting a bargain at €490.
 
Just putting in my 2 cents here. I asked about the price of a pair of alpinestars adndes drystar pants in mega bikes recently. They were the exact same price as the cheapest price in europe. It might be worth ringing them. They seem very competitive at the moment.
