Right, I've suffered enough and the System 5 must go. It's a decent enough summer helmet but the lack of anti-mist features in the design is a serious safety hazard imo. Does anyone know of ANY helmet that will remain mist free in all weather? I ride in mixed conditions all year round and travel 80 miles a day, mainly inner city and slow B roads where misting can be a real problem. I've already made my views known regarding the failings of this helmet (search for the poll if you can be bothered) so I dont want to hear from the (few) 'It's OK for me' (fair weather?) types.
I'm thinking Shoei with pinlock etc. I've no particular budget and just want a good well designed and mist free lid.
