Hi Everyone,

Logged on here and got some tips last year before going on an expected 3-4 week Euro tour. Ended up with no Sat Nav in the end and took 8 weeks. Did the whole of Europe, after Amalfi coast in Italy to Albania bu boat, Serbia, Croatia etc etc....

GOT A PROBLEM WITH MY SERVO WARNING.

Bleeping servo assist is constantly bleeping and WARNING BRAKE FAILURE LIGHT on dash on, maybe back brake causing it as when the front is applied additional bleep seems to come on.

Any knowledge anyone? No dirt or obstructions visible.

Many thanks.

Silly one to check first....

Has the hand guard been knocked? It doesn't take much for it to start touching the brake lever so have a quick check to make sure it's not touching.

Thanks Camel but checked that first, after reading here before posting.

check the sensor - its on the rear wheel, and there is a black wire which follows along the swingarm and up by the rear shock. If you're lucky (like me) you might find a connector, which sits conveniently right by the shock to get coated in crap, corrode and then cause the issue.

A quick zap of wd40, wiggle and try again. Worked for me.
