My tyres gone flat - i need to know where the hole is.

Can anyone tell me, i've looked and i can't find it .

Can`t find yer own hole!! Bloimey, you been at the Domestos again? :D

First, check the valve. 90% chance that it's there.

Second, get some very soapy water, and apply it liberally to your wheel. Put some air in the tyre. Spin the wheel looking slowly for bubbles.

Most tyres normally go flat at the bottom, so check there first ;)

While I`m here......I`ve just noticed that none of my bikes have oil leaks....

Tarka, are you sure they have oil in them to start with?

If they haven't get the guy with the oil leak to send you some of his!

Sorted.

Why would you put oil in your tyres?

Maybe I should put some ultraseal in the engine to stop the oil leaks.

Very funny :tosser I dont see why theres a need for that kind of attitude. Maybe it because i'm not in clique? I didn't see you trolling thatthread maybe its because i'm not a sponsor eh :dabone

Any advice would have been useful, especially from somone who obviously knows more about spannering GS's than most on the board.

Neil, check that is not the rim. I had the problem before and the cause was a spot of rust on the edge of the rim. Emery paper solved the problem (after removing the tyre, of course)
