I have bought a set of s/hand GSA metal panniers without a key. Is it possible to reuse the key barrels? Or will I need to order a new key and barrel kit from EBay?? Should all GSA come with the integral grab handle luggage rack on rear mines missing I think? How do I remove the barrels??

Hey Landy!
Just the same as you I bought panniers without keys
I removed the barrels using the main bike ignition key and reset the barrels to accept this key! but I needed to remove one leaf/spade for this to work! the panniers lock and open perfectly now and only work with this key
but you can always buy these new, last time I enquired I think they were £45 each lock
