Help in identifying heated seat type.

This seat is on a bike I´m considering buying.

Do you guy´s recognize the manufacturer and if anyone has used it is it any good? It is supposed to be heated.

I have a friend's R1150 GS that has one fitted to it, sitting in my garage at the moment. It looks like a quality piece of equipment but I haven't sat on it, let alone ride it.
