Yer can get the HES from Farnells... takes time though. They import it acting as agents for Newark Electronics - part #96F1986. Lot cheaper than buying them with the plate and wires from bmw..

I've got a few of 'em now - my supplier now has stock so I stocked up - they ran out for a few years meaning that I had to get expensive ones for overseas. The K and R series all use the same sensor.


I take it this is for an oil head - you have cleaned the connections under the tank and on the EFI brain? Cleaned as in no moisture?
