help needed burning from wma to mp3

help please

i need to burn the wma files on my pc to cd into mp3 format to use in the car which will play mp3 but not wma. I can burn to mp3 from the original cd's, but most of more recent music is downloaded, i have tried the settings in media player 10 & 11 without success, any free software out there????

iTunes or Foobar2000.

Just google "convert wma to mp3". Too many to list here.

thanks chaps - i also have played with media monkey this morning which will transfer to mp3 and then you can burn with the same program

still think musicmatch jukebox is the best music program
