The black part is still available it’s the zinc plated bit that the bolts go through which is no longer available
Yes, it's the gold/zinc bit with the hex bolt shown through one of the mounting brackets. All the other bits are available, but not this one for some reason. If anyone has a spare I'll pay a good price for it!
