get it here but unselect the "Yahoo Toolbar" and "Photoshop Album" bollox before downloading.

If you tell us what the EXACT filename is, including file extension, then maybe someone here will know what program you need to open it.

Have which adobe? Version 5, 6 and 7 (latest) all added "exciting new features" (trans: "stuck in new bits that meant older versions can't read files created by the new one").
