HELP PLEASE- REMOVED A FAULTY DATATOOL ALARM SYSTEM, R850GS WONT START

Hi can anyone help i have removed the faulty datatool veto alarm from my R850GS, the alarm was fitted as a extra on my bike when it was purchased new in 2001.I have reconnected all the wires i can see but do not have power to fuel pump and injectors ,the bike will spark and turn over if i short the starter button. Does anyone now if my gs needs a MOTRONIC RELAY as mine is missing i am un-shore if it was removed when the alarm was fitted ,i have looked at a wiring diagram and that relay seems to control the power i am missing and as there is no relay i do not no if its needed or what type of relay it is .If any-one out there has a r850gs without a alarm you could look at your relays and see if you have this motronic relay fitted.

I've only got a bit of experience with the system3 version on my blackbird, but there are two circuits that are broken by the alarm, ignition and starter usually. You'll need to reconnect these wires where the alarm was cut into them. It's deliberately designed to be difficult, almost impossible without a genuine wiring diagram, which are hard to come by. I did manage to find one, and rather than remove mine I disconnected its power supply and then shorted out the two pairs of terminals that are the immobilising circuits with a short piece of copper wire, inside the actual alarm. Been fine ever since.
To be honest, if you've already ripped it all out you'll have a major job finding the 4 wires that need reconnecting together. You're looking for two pairs that share the same colours.

Too late now - but it's a lot easier bridging out inside the alarm unit.

Do you still have the tails to the alarm unit identified? (which terminals they connected to?)

My 2000 R850GS never had a Motronic relay (cat code plug). I had it from new. It didn't have a cat either.
