Help Req STARTER broken

Got up today to find my bike just cluncking when trying to start it, starter jammed so stripped it down and found magnet smashed up, there are four magnets which the brushes run around, anyway does anybody out there know where i can get a magnet/brush set to overhaul the starter thanks very much....

Fitted another starter carried out a bench test before fitting all checked out ok stuck it on the bike, all iam getted is a clunck from the starter, as if the engine is seized... managed to bump start it to eliminate seizure bike run as normal, any ideas welcome, am gona stick it in bmw tuesday i will keep you all posted of outcome cheers....

If you put a volt meter on the battery and operate the starter and the voltage remains above 12 volts most likely a bad feed to the starter motor or an earth fault.

Thanks v'much dudes borowed fellow tossers starter and battery his starter made no difference but his battery did am up and running again yee haa
