Help required - How to post gdb and gpx files to ukgser forum

Have tried to copy and paste a ride out route for Ripley Event. Have copied and pasted into word and then into forum. From google and iexplorer.
Link doesnt transfer.

Have trawled the forum for info to no avail.

Attach gpx/gbd files using the button that says "Manage Attachments" which is under the text box that you type in to submit a post.

Worked a treat for gdb file.
Saying gpx its too big.
