Help.. side-by-side configuration problem

[(RIP) Bobble]

Any help please.... when I plug in my new satnav, it keeps coming up with:
G: The application has failed to start because it's side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application log for more detail.

How do I fix this please? I looked at the log but it didn't give me an answer as such

That's odd have seen that error with a backup application - fix for that was re-install Microsoft's C++ redistributables from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...CA-337F-4B40-8C14-157CFDFFEE4E&displaylang=en

Probably nothing to do with your issue though
