I wonder if anyone has asked themselves seriously what the actual problem is?
Perhaps it's ramblers, horse riders and NIMBYs complaining to the councils (or being horse riders, to their daddies) about the number of bikes out there?
So the response it to flood the area with as many bikes as possible for a week?
Fuck that......take your number plates off, stick on your loudest exhaust slip ons, most aggressive knobblies. cut down as many fences as you possibly can , wreck gates, let cows and horses out all over the roads, terrorise the kagoul wearing rambling twats, scare the shyte out of the stupid horse riders and generally stick two fingers up at them....a couple of dozen golf courses ridden over during the day would work well too
Them some suited TRF geezer can walk into the council offices and tell them quite clearly that it wouldn't have happened if decent law abiding riders could be held accountable for it by being able to ride with legal bikes identifiable from their numberplates, insured, taxed and totally legit.
Demonstrating by riding legally is effective as standing outside the houses of commons softly whispering "I disapprove"
