HELP Vario Pannier Aluminium Skin

Hi I have a 1200gs triple black it came with a full set of vario pannier.
The previous owner tried to fit through a gap narrower than the cases !
It damaged the skin .
I have dismantled the case and after cutting off my thumb by accident !
Managed to get the skin off it's bonded in four places
QUESTIONS
Can you just get the replacement skin ?
If not how much is the replacement lid ?
I can repair the skin does anyone know the paint code or colour ?

Complete new lids might be the easiest option, perhaps not the cheapest option though. You can't get the skins seperately iirc

It isn't a paint finish on them it is anodised.
