Help with fitting MRA screen

I have just bought a MRA Vario screen for my 03 1150. Come to fit it tonight and it doesn't fit The screen fitted on the bike seems to be wider than the MRA. Were some 1150's fitted with a bigger Adventure screen as standard, or has a previous owner converted it? and therefore do I need the standard (?) brackets? what do we think?

You have to use the standard 1150 fittings, it's sounds like your's has been changed to taker an adv screen which is wider.

If you've got the wider Adv 'wedges' and larger screen, then it won't fit

Unless you buy the screen mounts for a stock 1150GS (screen fittings and narrow spacer 'wedges') - about £35 from your dealer

the screws are shorter than GSA items.

If this happens to be a dark tint screen for an 1150 ADV will take it of your hands if not required now at a reasonable cost ??

Or am I just being thick and its an standard screen and you have adventure fittings ??
