Help with satnav selection R1200GS

Hi fellas, New to the GS Scene, taking delivery of my new bike next week hopefully, would very much appreciate some help with regards to a good satnav, I have a Garmin Nuvi from the car, are there any waterproof cases you can get for that?

any help would be much appreciated..
