If your concerned about spoof emails try this little program, it works with -
MS Outlook/ Outlook express
Gmail
Hotmail/Windows Live hotmail
Yahoo mail (beta & standard)
When installed it defaults you Pop3 to outlook if you have it, so if you use Outlook express restore it as your default mail.
It's specifically for Ebay and Paypal but it also recognises a few other sites' mail as well.
