I took the bike out on sunday , 4 miles up the road heading for rivington barn ...she lost all power the bike would turn over , no problem , but she wouldn`t start . A mate picked us up in a van , got home and took the big HPN tank off and started her...she purred like a good un checked for loose wires , can`t see any . I`m Scotland bound soon and need it sorted , any ideas .

Coil breaking down under load perhaps?
I had a similar problem with mine with the HPN tank - I eventually found it was fuel evaporating in the filters which were touching the barrels and thus getting warm. A quick reposition of the fuel lines sorted it but I suspect your setup is different to mine as I have extra long fuel lines to accomodate both filters and quick release couplings.

Well , first up thanks for your repliesI`ve done nothing to the bike apart from take off the tank . Tug at a few connections ,and replace the tank . She now runs like a good `unahhh well feck it , i`m off for a beer .

I had a similar problem a while back. It turned out to be the connections on the ignition unit under the tank. if the bike cuts out again just try pulling the plug to it about.
