Help wanted how do i access my emails i can not remember my yahoo id or my password . to reset it i have to give them a alternative email address how do i do that when i cant access my emails never had a problem for two years i have been on email classic. john

did you give a secondary email address to hotmail when you created your account?

If so, and you remember that one, go to http://mail2web.com/ and login to your secondary email address to retrieve your password there.

click the "I can't access my account" link

when asked for the alternative email address select "I can't access any of those"

You should be asked some questions based on security info you gave when setting up the account e.g. name of pet, make of 1st car
