2 sleeps to go....then heading off on a 6 day trip with my son on the back 
, his 1st long trip on the bike so please be kind with the weather and midges.
Monday... up the A74, through Glasgow to Tyndrum and to Kinlochleven....pint in the Tailrace inn...
Tuesday...Fort Bill and Malaig ferry to Skye, possible loop of the island, Applecross & Torridon stay at Gerry's.
Wednesday...Loch Marree and Gairloch, Laide.. Ullapool for chips, then up to Durness...pint in the Sango Sands or 58 deg N...can't remember
Thursday...back down to Melvaig lighthouse, great retreat to watch the sunset over Lewis & Harris...memo to self....pack lager and wine, nearest pub is 12 miles.
Friday...To Kinlochewe, Lochcarron, Glencoe to Tyndrum...pint in Tyndrum Lodge Hotel.
Saturday...East to Edinburgh, over the bridge and back home via the Borders, may have soup with monks at Eskdalemuir.
Cant wait...packing up tomorrow, lots of Avon SSS
