A nice few hours on some wet hertfordshire lanes - I'm quite enjoying the 1150 off road I reckon it'll make good training and will make the 650 XC feel like a push bike.

Doing some more lanes tomorrow 20th Feb - Starting from The Mulbery Cafe London Road St Albans at 9:30 - Dave on his 950 and me on th 1150 with new Karoos fitted.

A good day taking in some extra lanes behind Redbourne - I'm impressed with the Karoos on the 1150, lots of traction.
Dave ventured into the Old Bourne again - Foxes Lane was also very deep in places

Am local in St A and looking to get out on offroad lanes - OK to join you next time? I have 800gs with tkcs and bashplate etc....be good to go with someone who knows lanes - I go out on mountain bike but don't know lanes for motorbikes.
