My 2005 1200 GS has recently developed a hesitancy on throttle response at lower revs (1500 - 3000). It has a remus silencer (with baffel) running on standard headers (except the cat is removed). These mods were done long ago; this issue is new. It pulls like a train beyond 3000.
All the usual things are OK; air filter, throttles balanced etc etc.
It might be a spark plug but they are not in that long & the issue did not develop with their fitting.
Do the ignition coils give issues?
There is 95,000 Kilometers up.
Any pointers welcome; please & thanks?

Could be one of the coils going down. I seem to remember a few posts on the subject. Make sure they are properly seated too.
