Hex excan?

Purchased mine from Ice Tags in South Africa ordered it on the 16th of August. it arrived ahead of the E.T.A (21/08/17) on the 18th of August the tax however was £59.00

So what does that make your total net outlay?

Maybe that's why they are not licensed for use in the UK yet?

You could well be right, but I'm surprised with all that technology involved in making the unit they couldn't incorporate it.

For those who are using one of these devices and have spot lights fitted, is there any indicator lights on the dash to tell you they are on like the genuine BMW lights have?

There is no dash light indication when you have your auxiliary lights on via the EZcan.

I have had mine on for some time now and even had a welcome compliment from Mr Rozzer when I was parked up in the town. Told him what they could do and showed him too.... he said nothing of any legality points, instead praised the design and clever interaction.

Most rozzers don't know the ins and outs of every law and you probably wouldn't even get questioned at mot time.

I may be wrong here but I dont think accesory lights form part of an MOT test only indicators [if fitted], Headlight alignment [if fitted],Tail light [if fitted] and Brake light [compulsary]

Again I don't know if it would come under mot or not, just be nice to use the facility that is provided by BMW if you could.

Well it turned up today and worked straight out of the box, absolutely awesome piece of kit! Now looking for something else for it power that I don't need. :augie

Don't thinks so, it does it three times and that's it. Last thing you want is someone having a fit coming towards you!
