Just a cut and paste from thatHEXguy over on ADVrider:

We have the latest release up on the website and ready to download: http://hexezcan.com/software/

Here is a summary of the changes from the previous (v1709.2) release. The latest release is v1805.1.

Hex ezCAN enhancements summary:
Brightness adjustment using the info button on F800 & R1200 (non-LC)
Independent on/off control of front aux lights (no longer turns off brake light)
Front aux light on/off state persists over ignition cycles
Lights flash 2x when entering dimming mode

Denali CANSmart enhancements summary:
Support for Denali K1600, F800 and R1200
Support for 2-wire mode for aux lights
Support "Cancel lights with indicator"
Simple circuit overrides for Aux lights 1 & 2 can be turned on/off using the same mechanism that is used for turning lights on and off

Fixes:
Resolves issue which may result in additional current draw when the unit is in sleep mode (this is a reason for everyone to upgrade)
Resolves issue which affects R1200 & F800 bikes with alarms, which could cause unit to have a solid red LED and require a reset
Resolves issue where aux lights do not turn on again when bike turn signals auto cancel and the "Off when turn signal active " feature is enabled.

Enhancement details for Hex ezCAN R1200LC & K1600:

The biggest change is that you can now enable and disable your front lights independently of the brake light. The feature now works as follows:
Hold turn signal cancel button for 3s to toggle on and off the front aux lights.
The on/off state of the front lights now persists over ignition cycles
If you want to disable all aux lights (front + brake), hold the turn signal cancel button for 5s. In this case the front aux lights state will persist over ignition cycles, but the brake light will turn on either when ignition is cycled, or when the front aux lights are turned on again.
Additionally the front aux lights will now flash 2x when entering the brightness adjustment mode.

Enhancement details for Hex ezCAN F800 and R1200 (non-LC):

The biggest change for F800 & R1200 (non-LC) units is that the front light light brightness can now be adjusted using the info button, and the front lights can be turned on and off independently from the brake light. The feature works as follows:
Hold the info button for 5s to enter brightness adjustment mode (lights will flash 2x). Once in dimming mode click the info button to cycle through brightness settings in 10% increments.
Hold the info button for 7s to toggle the front aux lights on and off. The state of the lights will be remembered over ignition cycles
Hold the info button for 10s to disable all auxiliary lights (including the brake light). The brake light state is not remembered over ignition cycles and it will turn on again after an ignition cycle.

Please note that the info button lights adjustment is for the non-LC R1200 units only. The R1200LC units light brightness can only be adjusted using the wonderwheel.

Happy (and safe) riding!

Cheers done my Denali last week, all went smooth, turn signals now cancel out lights, same as Hex Ezcan, and a few more nice options added.

Thanks for the post. Just updated my Denali too and it ironed out a software bug on the desktop version (kept freezing) and now have the lights off when indicating. Nice feature!

Tried to update the SW today and it said failed.

Now when i click on update a box flashes up too fast for me to read, and it does nothing
