Can the Hex EZcan be set to programme a delay on one of the cicuits of say 10 seconds after ign switch off ? Cant seem to find out anything about it.

It is still live after the ignition is switched off - mine is anyway, or do you mean in addition to the 30 seconds or so?
Mine does.
See if others do the same.

All the generations can do that Del - just depends on what else you want to load it with - well what load you want to use on it to be more precise.
I’ve moved to the G2 (3 really) to allow 10A across any as I need full heated kit because of the nerve damage otherwise I’d have just fitted the G1 from the 1200 instead of putting it on here.

Only difference between G1 and 1.5 is the connectors.
That one is 1.5 and can do data-dim.
In reality you just set the aux lights at x% and they come on with the main beam anyway.
The G2 is the one that can be given 4x10A rather than 2x10A and 2x4A
Had it config’d as the 2x aux lights (D4’s) brake and a 4A that triggered a relay to run heated circuit.
Worked fine but this time out I cba to have all that under the rallye seat as it needs more delicate packaging h so G2 and a circuit each - job done.
If you’re only wanting it for the Inov then 4A is G1/1.5 from NN or here and spare beer money

Then you'll want the more expensive one - not the £149 one if you want futureproof.
Bugger now its even more bloody expensive
Maybe a Gen 1 will do
Can you set up the bike with the E Z can via an iPad, as I don't have a laptop?
BTW i dont have a laptop either just an iPadYou can have this feature, but only on a circuit that is set as an Accessory / Ignition Supply circuit. Can the Hex EZcan be set to programme a delay on one of the cicuits of say 10 seconds after ign switch off ? Cant seem to find out anything about it.
Because the ezCAN is connected directly to the battery, the bike has no say over any accessories powered by the ezCAN.It is still live after the ignition is switched off - mine is anyway, or do you mean in addition to the 30 seconds or so?
As I said above, if any accessories are powered from the ezCAN, they are subject to your settings. The bike cannot override the ezCAN.The canbus it gets the signal from doesnt power down for around 20 seconds so after ignition off soany accessories attached stay powered for that period.
ezCAN config software is available for Windows and Mac devices. Can you set up the bike with the E Z can via an iPad, as I don't have a laptop?
You can have this feature, but only on a circuit that is set as an Accessory / Ignition Supply circuit.
On Gen. 1 ezCANs, this can be the white circuit or orange circuit - depending on whether you select configuration option 1, 3 or 4.
On Gen. 2 ezCANs, you can set one, two, three or all circuits to power switched accessories. Play with the circuit configuration options to get an idea.
Because the ezCAN is connected directly to the battery, the bike has no say over any accessories powered by the ezCAN.
So if any circuits are set as Accessory / Ignition Supply circuits, you can set their power-off delay to anything from 0 seconds to 30 seconds, in increments of 1 second.
As I said above, if any accessories are powered from the ezCAN, the bike cannot override your ezCAN settings. The only time you're subject to the 20-second limit is if you power an accessory from the factory BMW Hella plug.

Cool! Glad I could help.
I produced all the ezCAN installation and config videos for Hex Innovate.
For any tech issues, have a squizz at their YouTube channel. Chances are, there's something there that covers the problem:

Im thinking of fitting an Innovv camera system that requires a 10 second delay after ign power off so that it can save the last video to the SD card . . .

Delboy777 You don’t need an EzCan just for the Innovv. I fitted their K2 system to my 1250 without any problems. The 5V DC converter also acts as a relay delaying power on/off for 10 secs. Its yellow lead goes to a switched live which the Canbus continues to supply power to for a time after ignition off. The red and black wires go direct to the battery. Works a treat![]()
in stock. So will have to wait.
