Hi Guys

Just thought we should let the guys here know about the Big Daddy promo that's currently running! The GS-911 WiFi Enthusiast devices are being sold with a FREE upgrade to a Professional license, meaning you can help all your mates out with a service reminder reset or service functionality. Considering that you'll be able to work on as many bikes as you'd like, I'd say get an adaptor cable as well!
 
I'm grabbing one of those then.
Still wondering where the bloody hell my Ezycan has gone though that you gave me an RMA number to send back to NN's.
Total silence from them and nothing delivered, so I've a bike with stuff on it that can't be used because there's no controller.
Also - how come you're way more expensive than NN's for the Ezycan as well?

I'm having trouble with my GS-911 talking to my bike, I wonder if they do this offer if I upgrade my current unit. When I downloaded the software it was an option to upgrade.

Amazing after sales service from Nippy. Wouldn't give them a penny
 
Just put an order in for the Wifi GS911 with the OBD2 connector. IT's a big spend but hopefully will claw it back by doing service work myself. Bike is out of warranty so happy to skip the €100/hr labour charge that we are treated to.

Interestingly enough, when I put my VIN into the vehicle checker on the HEX website it told me my bike had the round connector. Luckily, I'd been looking straight at the square connector on my bike only minutes before, so went for the square model
 
They must be doing well, I bought one too for my new bike.

A mate has just bought himself a K13S but he gave away his last GS911 with his GSA sale, so my old yellow GS911 will be off to a new home.

Please let us know on the ticket you logged with us the details of your communication with Nippy - naturally we'll want to address this with them to ensure the best after sales support!

Regarding the pricing - the price that we sell at is our recommended retail price, which we give to our distributors, but naturally we cannot force them to sell at the same price.

I see from one of your other posts that you've contacted us regarding your GS-911. So just to elaborate on that point, the yellow units' hardware restriction is that it cannot communicate with the LC (K001) bike models' LIN and CAN communication. When this change was made, we needed to adjust our hardware to comply with the comms of the new bikes, hence, why the yellow units can't communicate with them :-(

Thanks for bringing this up! Would you mind sending us your VIN? You can send it to [email protected] if you prefer. What I suspect is that your bike's model is around the ~2017 mark - this was more or less the time when they transitioned to the OBD-II connector, but many models were still built with the 10-pin, making it hard for our decoder to be 100% accurate for the bikes manufactured in that time.

Ticket directly with yourselves is 37194010.
NN have apparently sent a replacement out from what Jan has said after his discussions with them, however there has been zero communication from NN other than a "we don't know or have it, so....." prior to him contacting them.

Surely as the Manufacturers you set the pricing?
At £179 they are considerably cheaper than you.
