Is that you Ian? I trust that you are well, I had heared that you were picking up a new GS about now, have you got it yet? I bet that you don't get Charles to take his pride and joy offroad, but come to think of it he hasn't got a GS either now !

I'm doing ok thanks, I must admit that I haven't got a Gs (ducks for cover) but have a XTZ660 and am dreaming of prepping it for a RTW
maybe someday.
I am on here because I met another member who has been showing me the ropes in green laning in the Peaks, we had our first run out last Sunday
I have also booked a offroad trip in Wales in early April, and am taking the Ks to Mull at the end of April (I hope that doesn't involve any off-roading.)
We are doing the usual Ayr trip from the VFR site in August, it would be good to see you, get yourself booked in Have a look here

Yes its me. Got my new bike last jan - remember I had it in france last year?
Wont be changing 4 another 2 years at least. Last time I saw you your were on the K heading towards the alps Whilst Charles and I were off more northerly. We are doing India this year...3 weeks end Oct/Nov. So gonna be looking at somehwere in between...might do Ayr...just for a pisss up!

We've both been involved with the planning/choosing of this holiday. We're going with a German company that organise everything from Delhi back to Delhi - all we need to do is book flights. It's almost 3 weeks touring Rajasthan on Royal Enfields with the occasional camel safari thrown in for good measure!!
I think I'll need to have a short break to either France or Germany in the early summer though - I can't wait until October for a motorbike trip.
