If you keep taking a left, eventually you end up back where you started.
3363 miles, have to say the slow ones were the best.
The fast ones were on the Autobahn thingie, these guys are seriously nuts.
Could have done without the force 6 and the mega delay on the ferry getting home.
Glencoe was wet n windy n dark n cold n that was just inside ma Gore-Tex breaks! the cold bit, I made that up.
Away for a shower and a plate o mince n tatties.

Glad to hear you had a good break and that you got home safe. Was down in the Lochy on Monday with Mum, great dinner as always! One of the locals wrote what looked like the word 'hairy dick' on the back of my van!! When I went out he was horrified the van belonged to a woman and then he went on to explain that it didn't say 'hairy dick' it said harry dick - a bloke he knows in Skye...:blast very odd!! I think he thought with the Isle of Skye W/S logo on the side, his mate in Skye would see his name on the back of my van!!! It's was very surreal and he was horrified that I thought it said hairy dick...a visit to the Lochy is well worth it for the bonkers locals!!:clap

Look forward to the ride report:thumb2

Ahem! .............. You don't actually say that you cleaned the "hairy dick" off the van :nenau

Hi Tash, glad to hear they looked after you in the pub.
Harry Dick did indeed run a pub in Portree, was it the Pier hotel ?
Some of the locals will know the van and would have thought we were being visited by Hismaj, when does he get home, have they revoked his diplomatic impunity.
Ill get around to doing a wee report, not much to tell really, get up in the morning, ride bike, eat/ drink and read my book at night then get up and do it all again :D

Welcome back Gordon.

I don't need to see a ride report, that pic of your bike under the Millau Bridge is enough, I can see you had a great time.
